My Birthday!
Welcome back to another post! I am going to show you guys what I did for my Birthday (even though I am 3 months late… yikes!). I took loads of pictures of my day and I wanted to post it so, here’s everything what I did for my birthday in lock down. Normally I would have planned something with my friends in London however due to covid-19 I was not able to. I tried to make the most out of my day during quarantine so I hope you guys enjoy!
My Makeup look/Mini Photoshoot:
Firstly, I did a glam makeup look, I wanted to go all out! I hadn’t worn makeup for about 2 months so I wanted to go all out. I didn’t know what kind of look I was going for but, once I started playing around with makeup I got this smokey blue eyeshadow look. It was something different and I loved it. After that, you know the drill, I did a mini photo shoot using my ring light and iPhone camera. Even though I wasn’t going anywhere, I wanted to look my best and I felt good. Here are some of the photos:
I wanted my makeup to be the statement so I wore a simple, casual but cute outfit. I wore a thin grey jumper from PrettyLittleThing (not sponsored), blue jeans and my Nike Tuned 1 trainers (also not sponsored). All shown below:
Making my Birthday Cake:
Due to being in lock down, I decided to do a fun activity on my Birthday by baking my own Birthday cake. I made a chocolate cake and let me tell you sis, it was DELICIOUS!! (I will be uploading how I made this cake, so keep your eyes peeled). Also, whilst the cake was in the oven I was getting LIT by drinking some GIN and LEMONADE, with my boujee self having strawberry dipped in chocolate and cream. As shown below:
Presents I Received:
These are the presents I got, I am not trying to flex but just showing you guys what I got! The Nike black air force shoes I bought myself as a gift including my Stephen Hawking book called, ‘A brief history of time’. My parents gave me money and a bottle of pink gin (shown above). Also, my brother got me a Pandora charm which was stitch. If you know me, you will know that Lilo and Stitch is my FAVOURITE Disney movie ever. In general, I am grateful for all the items received and to be honest what made my day was baking and spending quality time with my family. ♡
